You may purchase your scents and cosmetics brands of qei+, makari, giogio amarni, ck, d&g, nautica, beyonce, armaf, afnan, arden and more… online on www.gem-stores.com 24 hours a day seven days a week. To place an order, simply click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button to place a product in your Shopping Bag, then follow the directions through the check-out process to complete your order.

PRE-ORDER

What is a pre-order?

A pre-ordered item is an item which you have the chance to preview and purchase from the new or limited edition collection before it becomes available on our website or in stores; this means that the item is not immediately available in our warehouse and the shipping time may vary. Your pre-order is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

 

How can I tell which items are available to pre-order?

You can easily recognize items that can be pre-ordered from the label in the product page.

 

What are the advantages of buying a pre-ordered item?

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse.

Due to high demand, certain items may run out even before they are physically available in stock.

 

How can I fulfil a payment?

Payment is required at the time of the purchase but the total amount of the order will be charged once the item has been shipped.

 

Can I combine in-stock and pre-order items?

You can order in-stock and pre-order items in the same order but they will be shipped once all the items are available in stock.

 

Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?

The terms of the cancellation are the same as for a normal order. You can cancel an order before the shipping process has been initiated and before the payment has been finalized by contacting the Customer Service team. Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled. However, orders may be subsequently returned for refund or exchange for fragrance orders .(except for skin-care orders due to health and hygyen reasons. Please take time to sellect your skin-care products carefully before completing your order as we do not apply refund and returns policy to them).

MODIFYING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

Before the shipping process has been initiated, orders may be modified or cancelled by contacting our Customer Service through email on info@gem-stores.com or phone 

Once the shipping process has been initiated, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled. However, orders may be subsequently returned for exchange (except fof skin-care orders).

DELIVERY METHODS

Orders placed on gem-stores.com may only be delivered within Nigeria and does not ship to P.O. Box, pick-up locations. If a Hotel address is inserted as the delivery address, please note that the delivery can only be made to the person indicated in the order and the products may not be delivered to the reception of the Hotel.

Next Day Delivery: the products will generally be delivered within the next working day with maximum efforts. Upon delivery, the signature confirmation by a person who is at least 18 years of age is required for all Gem-stores.com orders. You acknowledge that any person taking delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number sent in your Order Confirmation email or by logging in your MyGem-stores Account.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may exchange any online purchase by clearly informing us of your intention to do so within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt by you of the products: by contacting our Customer Service via emailing info@gem-stores.com giving us your name, address and order number, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.

All exchanges must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please note that all exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of damage, or alteration cannot be accepted. You may be held liable in the case of depreciation of the value of the product as a result of handling that is not consistent with preservation of the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, the correct operation of the products.

EXCHANGE THROUGH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE

When the exchange form or your statement informing us of your intention to exchange your purchase is received, we will email you a one-time return label pre-paid by us. If you exchange the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference. We will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only. If the online purchase is exchanged, you will not be charged for shipping costs related to the second shipment.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

“We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully” .
