Boucheron has been synonymous with luxury since 1858 when Frederic Boucheron opened his first boutique in Paris. His Maison Boucheron workshop was established in 1866, gaining international recognition for its craftsmanship, including awards at the Universal Exhibition in 1867 and 1878 for exceptional jewelry designs like the iconic snake-pattern necklace with a 160-carat sapphire. Boucheron entered the royal jewelry realm in 1887 by acquiring diamonds from the French crown, cementing its association with tradition and love. In 1930, Louis Boucheron became the curator of Iran’s Imperial Treasury. In 1988, Maison Boucheron launched a women’s fragrance, expanding its legacy beyond jewelry. Today, it continues to design for global clients.
